Working as a Business Analyst & Project Manager within the IT Department, you will manage the delivery of our IT Development Roadmap. You will provide BA support on projects and act as a liaison between the business and IT, gathering requirements, mapping processes and implementing change.
The role involves requirements analysis, modelling and documenting, as well as scenario based functional testing, making sure that the software being delivered meets the customers & stakeholder’s expectations.
Experience in a range of project and business analysis methodologies would be expected, as would a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
As an ActiveQuote Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you will form part of the ActiveQuote DevOps function and will have a hands-on, key leadership role responsible for helping shape, build and deploy both the internal and client-facing IT infrastructure, both on-prem and cloud based solutions.
As the post-holder, you will also be responsible for providing leadership, coaching and management of your team of two direct reports, and will be responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, backup and operational support of all IT systems and networks that support the business ensuring functional stability.
The ideal candidate will have previously managed a team, and worked on virtual & physical infrastructure
environments, network security as well as Azure, O365, WAN, LAN, and VPN implementations. You will take charge of the scalability, resilience, capacity planning and upgrade paths of the infrastructure. Experience of DevOps and agile development methodologies would be preferred.

As an ActiveQuote IT Support Engineer, you will form part of the ActiveQuote DevOps function and be a key
member of the IT and infrastructure team. The role will act as the initial point of contact for our colleagues when they encounter any IT related issues. A friendly disposition and fluent communications skills are key.
In addition to helping support both the internal and client-facing IT infrastructure and equipment, you will be the human link between the wider business and technology team, diagnosing and owning queries through to resolution. There will be plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and experience with wider IT and infrastructure projects.

As an ActiveQuote Facilities Manager, you will form part of the ActiveQuote Human Resources function and will oversee all activities at ActiveQuote, making sure the health and safety standards are met and arranging repairs when needed. You will carry out general day to day duties as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the company.
You will manage building and equipment maintenance schedules and prepare for emergencies by creating action plans. You will be able to handle building-equipment emergencies and be able to fix problems, provide business administrative duties to ensure office processes run smoothly, and review furniture needs and keep the office supply and kitchen areas fully stocked.
Essentially, you will be our Facilities Contact for the office liaising with staff and contractors as required and
maintaining appropriate site records. You will also be our Health & Safety Coordinator, undertaking H&S tasks as required, as well as undertaking DSE Assessments as required.
